In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our social media presence, shaping our voice, connecting with our audience, and achieving our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Craft compelling and creative content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) that resonates with our target audience.
- Schedule and publish content using scheduling tools and ensure optimal posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities for our brand.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, design, sales,...ETC) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred)
- 1 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,...ETC) and their algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and creative content in multiple formats (text, images, video)
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and reporting software
- Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in community management and building online relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
