Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to understand video concepts and objectives.
- Edit raw footage into polished and impactful final videos for various platforms (social media, commercials, explainer videos, etc.).
- Apply creative storytelling techniques and strong visual grammar to enhance the narrative and emotional impact of the video.
- Masterfully handle transitions, pacing, sound design, and music integration to create a cohesive and captivating experience.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar software) at an expert level.
- Stay up-to-date with current video editing trends and techniques.
- Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
- Manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Programs (Premiere - After affect - Photoshop "added" - any other video editing softwares)
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or a fast-paced production environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse editing skills and creative storytelling talent.
- Demonstrated experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of color grading and audio editing.
- Familiarity with social media video editing best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
